✓ Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency). For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
✓ How Fast Will My Order Ship?
We process and ship all orders within 36 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Once your order is on its way, you can expect delivery in 6–15 business days depending on your location.
We ship using premium carriers — DHL, FedEx or your country's Local Courier — and we always select the most efficient option available for your destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, plus SMS updates so you can follow it every step of the way.
✓ What About Customs & Import Fees?
Good news: we cover all customs and import duties on your behalf. You will never be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery — what you see at checkout is what you pay, period. On rare occasions, a customs inspection may slightly delay your parcel, but there will be no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
✓ 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
We stand behind everything we make. If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. No lengthy explanations needed — just reach out and we'll handle the rest.
✓ How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@elyzion.com or use the Live Chat on our website.
- Tell us your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.
- Drop the parcel off — your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving it.
✓ Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us straight away at contact@elyzion.com. While we aren't liable for packages lost after confirmed delivery to the correct address, we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation quickly.
