We offer free shipping Worldwide, on all orders above USD 100.00 (or the matching amount in your own currency).

Fast Shipping

Shipments are fulfilled as soon as your order is verified, it will take no more than 36 hours to process and ship your order during business days (Monday - Friday).

After your order has been shipped, delivery time is 2-7 business days. Please just note that this time may vary during the holiday season.

To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using the top carriers (DHL, Fedex). The fastest option will be selected just before shipping.

Once the order is shipped out, you will received an email in which you will find your tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey.
You will also receive some transit and delivery information through email and SMS for a convenient follow up.

Information about customs

We are pleased to inform you that NO ADDITIONAL  that all import/customs fees will be charged to you upon arrival of the shipment in your country! 

Random customs clearance controls can occur. In such cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer than expected. But again, you can feel reassured, no additional fee will have to be paid on your side! 

Lost Package

We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. But we will definitely provide you with all the support we can if such an inconvenience arises.
